Position: ERP Analyst ( SAP )

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a highly driven and motivated ERP Analyst and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a career that can offer growth through challenges? Do you effectively manage projects and teams and can collaborate with operational and shared service departments to improve the performance of the enterprise while also excelling at prioritizing deliverables and solving tasks? If so, this role might be for you.

ROLE:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in business requirements review sessions for system solution with different business groups.
- Partner with the project team to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions, including integrations.
- Drive functional discussions and demonstrate business and ERP knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
- You would be delivering detailed level Functional design involving new features or enhancements.
- Run UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.
- Provide support in developing integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing effort with end users.
- Assisting the business users on ERP Function

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supporting ERP operations
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with SAP S4 HANA.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP technology stack
- One full lifecycle S/4 implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation lifecycle an asset.
- Negotiation and customer relationship experience.
- Business acumen with strategic insight.
- Leadership with strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & HOURS
- Working a standard work week (40-hour work week)
- Work a minimum of two days per week in the Montreal (Ville Saint-Laurent) office,
