Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about using digital marketing to develop and communicate stories as a Digital Marketing / SEO Manager.

**Qualifications**:
You may be a good fit for this role if you have.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the food retail sector
- a passion for connecting with communities through brand initiatives and social media
- a positive, can-do attitude and are self-motivated
- the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
- the ability to identify and understand big-picture ideas
- the ability to convey ideas in a clear and precise way, through written copy and verbally
- an aptitude for Search Engine Optimization campaigns including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- expertise in using social media platforms in a professional capacity: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- a degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications is an asset

Most importantly, the willingness & enthusiasm to learn, grow and develop

**The Role**:

- Craft content for various social channels, working closely with relevant stakeholders and creative team to ensure brand consistency
- Drive traffic to social networks, the Freson Bros. website, and explore new ways to reach and engage our communities
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing activities focused on results-driven objectives
- Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against set objectives
- Create marketing copy and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with food, retail, and grocery trends to increase Freson Bros. awareness through social media platforms
- Based out of the Freson Bros. Operations Office in Stony Plain, Alberta

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Environment: In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office
- Salary Range: $52,000-$60,000
