**Position Title**:Receptionist/Billing Clerk

**Job Status**:Full-Time

**Reports to**:Clinic Manager

**Your role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are transferred promptly to the appropriate department.
- Managing the physician’s schedules and templates.
- Booking appointments.
- Establishing cooperative relationships with clients, coworkers, and physicians.
- Accepting and processing payments and refunds.
- Daily sales reconciliation.
- Providing exceptional customer service regardless of age, culture, gender, or sexual preference.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience / Position Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of Receptionist/Billing Clerk experience.
- Medical Office Assistant or Unit Clerk certification would be an asset.
- Excellent and effective computer, communication, and organization skills.
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record is needed - Accuro would be an asset.
- Fluency in Excel.
- Must be able to work effectively and productively both independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to multitask as needed.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
