The Billing Clerk will be assisting with the operational functions of the department and will be responsible for processing the monthly billing for National, high-volume clients. This position is based at the head office of a leading national company located in Winnipeg, MB.

Position: Billing Clerk, Permanent (On-Site)

Reporting To: AR and Billing Manager

Compensation: Salary ranges between $40,000 - $48,000, benefits activated at the end of the probationary period.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside account managers to set up billing for new accounts.

· Keep management informed of any issues or delays.

  • Provide support or trouble shooting to the billing team.
  • Manage billing for National accounts.
  • Manage monthly recurring billing as well as billing for special requests.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of billing experience (preferred)
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel and billing spreadsheets, Outlook, Teams
  • Proficient with computers, able to quickly learn new programs.
  • Good communication skills; both verbal and written
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to advance and take on new challenges and opportunities with the company.
