We are looking to fill a permanent position of **Industrial Sales Manager** at Onward, a division of Richelieu.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Sales Manager dedicated to a career in the hardware industry. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing sales targets and objectives with Sales Managers and/or Sales Representatives, according to client and product type.

**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:

- Monitor and assist the Sales Representatives to increase their performance and achieve their targets.
- Provide support to the sales group by offering effective sales tools.
- Monitor and promote the use of the High Gear sales monitoring system.
- Identify new customer and product opportunities for clients in this region.
- Coach and train sales representatives.
- Prepare budgets and objectives with the Sales Representatives.
- Monitor and boost sales actions to meet sales targets.
- Review with sales team to maximize outreach to clients in the region.
- Build a dynamic and efficient sales team from all industrial sales activities in the region.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a supervisor position with sales representatives.
- Experience in management and sales planning: proven track record of successful sales (new customers, product growth and sales growth).
- Knowledge of the industrial market, construction, renovation or related field (B2B).
- Experience in the door and window market would be a benefit.
- Professional attitude and directly engaged and involved.
- Excellent leader and mentor.
- Ease in managing sales representatives with style and proximity coaching.
- Good team spirit and sales growth.
- Great analytical, planning, organization and monitoring capacities (very disciplined).
- Dedicated and committed to meeting the company's objectives and adhering to the company culture.
- Ability to use computer software related to sales.
