Toronto, Canada Advantage Glass Block Inc. Full time

**Customer Service**:
Send job quotes to each customer after collecting details on their project

Process payment info

Report on quotes that did not materialize

**Administration**:
Liaise with 4PL warehouse for inbound and outbound orders

Fill out order form to fulfill new inventory needs

Monitor stock in 4PL

Submit vendor payments to multiple vendors

Track and discuss with vendors

Arrange transportation (trucking)

**Sales & Marketing**:
Outbound calling to the trade (home supply, brick and block yards etc.)

Organize and execute direct mail campaigns

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service and or administrative role
- Proficient English speaker with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience and proven success working remotely/home based is an asset
- Prior use of ERP or accounting system software is an asset
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Quick learner
- Fully proficient in Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word etc.)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
