Customer Service Representative (Patient Booking Department)

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Book patients for consultation and testing.
- Accurately check-in patients by obtaining complete demographics, insurance information, and consent.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve services.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with data entry and navigating computer systems.
