**The Role**

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Responsible for directing and recording various news segments. Operating single and Multi-cam set-ups, lighting, recording audio, uploading media and using software, such as Livestream Studio 6, and Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects.
- Creating and editing graphics through Livestream and in post-production, managing multiple cameras and audio channels
- Hosting Zoom calls, and directing interviewees on framing, lighting and audio. Editing Zoom with studio recordings, syncing audio and adding transitions and graphics
- Responsible for managing multiple deadlines. Working on content that needs to be released within an hour, while also working on longer projects
- Adding colour, audio and video transitions, b-roll and graphics in Premiere Pro, before export and uploading to our media player.
- Having knowledge of stock markets and its data, the ability to pull information from reliable sources for our videos will be an asset.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience with live streaming or broadcast, general familiarity with encoders, ZCAM cameras, working knowledge of current industry standard audio/video formats
- Understanding of video transmission protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience of filming single shot and multi-cam studio content
- Expert in using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop. Creating and adding graphics, and the ability to use and edit greenscreen.
- Knowledge of all aspects of video shooting and post-production including camera/audio operation, and lighting.
- The ability to adapt to new technology and awareness of AI and its capabilities.
- Experience in working with digital new media and/or broadcast media production
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
