**Studio Operations Coordinator**

Picture Shop

**Responsibilities**:

- General building & facility management
- Oversees Physical Security - keys & FOB allocation for staff and rental clients, security protocol communication and facility walk throughs
- Coordinates with and scheduling outside vendors & landlord for building maintenance and office interior.
- Coordinates with building cleaning company to ensure studio facilities are maintained on a regular basis
- Works with PS Production, Sales and Engineering to coordinate editorial rental suites schedules and client needs
- Serves as the Company’s facilities representative ; demonstrates friendly and positive demeanor.
- Oversees shipping and receiving for the studio with reception staff
- Ordering of office and any related studio supplies.
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while exhibiting excellent attention to detail; superb customer service skills; ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the Company’s industry and general operations of the business.

- High School education or equivalent required.
