**ATP Label Office Manager**
ATP Label specializes in the manufacture and distribution of labels. We are a fast-growing company that supplies custom label solutions to various industries across Canada. Our office in North York requires an experienced Office Manager (3 - 5 years) to join our dynamic team.
**Position Overview**
The Office Manager will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the office and supporting key teams such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Accounting. This person will work closely with the management team to streamline processes and handle administrative tasks critical to business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Order & Fulfillment Support
- Coordinate with the Sales and Manufacturing departments to track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes
- Assist in the documentation of purchase orders, shipments, and vendor communications
Financial Administration
- Work closely with the Accounting department to manage AR and AP
- Assist with budget planning and cost tracking for office expenses.
Team Coordination & Support
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling sensitive information.
- Assist with employee onboarding, training, and general HR-related administrative duties.
Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support operational needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related queries and correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc...) systems is required.
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is desirable.
