**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to work independently and be able to use your initiative.
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Respond to phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with any guest issues or complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
**Skills**
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls effectively.
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing various tasks efficiently.
