Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Front Desk Agent acts as the guest experience representative for arrival & departure services (check-in/check-out), concierge services & direct-to-hotel reservations calls.

Key duties
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimum supervision.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel focusing on superior guest services.
- Must have the ability to work various hours and shifts.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Bilingual ( French/English) is an asset
- Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and check out guests.
- Process group arrivals and departures.
- Accurately process guests’ departures and payments.
- Post charges and payments to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
- Balance cash float and daily cashier reports.
- Act as a concierge, providing information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and points of interest in the area.
- Provide night audit relief.
- Other hotel-related duties as assigned.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Previous front desk experience is an asset.

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
