**Customer Service Rep for Airport FBO**

Flite Line Services - Breslau, ON

$15.50 /hour - Part Time - Permanent

Flite Line Services Breslau (private FBO at Waterloo Airport) is looking for a professional, friendly and motivated customer service representative for our front desk.

Job will entail duties as customer service rep, receptionist and some light bookkeeping tasks.

Must be flexible with work hours, position hours are scheduled typically within the hours of 7am-6pm.

**must be available to work weekends and holidays when required**

Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card therefore clean background checks are required.

- Previous aviation experience an asset
- Basic bookkeeping & retail capabilities
- Willingness to do hands-on work when required
- Willingness to drive off-location
- Strong office and phone skills

- Works well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

- General administrative duties
- Receiving and serving clients and suppliers
- Restricted access to airside
- Dispatch line crew, equipment and services as per customer and supplier requests
- Conduct radio communications
- Data entry, process invoices and payments
- Light housekeeping duties
