- Ensuring Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Receiving Base and Blended order requests from internal and/or external customers;
- Providing support for our cleints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Creating orders coordinating with Transportation & Shipping/Receiving departments;
- Ordering review/billing review;
- Gathering customer information, verify key aspects and determine and timely resolution;
- Corresponding with third party Blend and Packaging sites on oil need;
- Creating inventory orders coordinating with Transportation & Receiving Departments of applicable sites;
- Scanning and filing as needed;
- Other Duties as needed.

***What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment or office/admin experience required;
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented
- Salesforce experience is an asset;
- Ability to adapt and work in a team environment.
