Front Desk Receptionist

Allson Kitchens is a custom kitchen cabinet manufacturer located in Vaughan. We are currently seeking a full-time front desk receptionist to join our team.
**Basic requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
2. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Hardworking and self-motivated.
5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Customer service attitude.
**Job duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices or take messages.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Book appointments with customers for one-on-one consultations.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Respond to complaints when customers experience problems.
- Document customer interactions.
- Use relationship management software to create client records and manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions.
- Contact suppliers to place orders and request documents.
Wage: $18+
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON L4K 2Z7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
