Montréal, Canada Linde plc Full time

**The successful incumbent will assist the OES ACS team with maintaining and upgrading the plant control computers. Part of the job is also to provide computer support for multiple facilities located in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ordering computers and parts, confirm reception and condition.
- Configure computers and network devices, pack, and ship to plants.
- On occasion, travel to plants to help replace and upgrade computers.
- Maintain control system databases (licenses, computer names, IP,)
- Monitor Canadian plant operations computers health.
- Configure and maintain automated reports and batch programs.
- Participate in control computers maintenance, updates and upgrades.
- Participate in recycling computers and hardware parts.
- Create training procedures pertaining to operating computers for operators.
- Participate in safety (MOC) and quality assurance (maintaining validation) documentation to ensure plants maintain a safe and validated facility.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or equivalent
- Computer knowledge for troubleshooting, diagnostic, maintenance, and basic repair
- Basic programming skills (MS-DOS, Visual Basic a plus)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
