We’re looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Technology Associate to join our team to bridge the gap between marketing and technology. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, setting up tracking systems, and ensuring we have clear visibility into every step of the customer journey.

**About the Role**

As a Digital Marketing & Technology Associate, you will be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns while gaining exposure to the tools, strategies, and systems that power growth. You will learn the fundamentals of performance marketing and funnel optimization while helping build and maintain the systems that make it all possible.Prior marketing experience is not required. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and comfort with technology and data.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute ideas in the creative space both on your own and collaboratively with external partners
- Support the creation of ad copy, creative briefs, and campaign variations while streamlining workflows and marketing system
- Partner with marketing and product teams to improve conversion performance across the full customer journey
- Implement and manage UTM structures, conversion pixels, tag management tools, and tracking systems across platforms
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize acquisition and retention
- Contribute to marketing strategy by refining processes, implementing technology solutions, and uncovering actionable performance insights.

- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools, platforms, and marketing systems.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bonus: experience with digital ads, analytics, Excel or Google Sheets, creative testing, or basic coding.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
