**Salary**: $75,000-$85,000

We are now looking for an experienced and detail-driven **Inventory & Warehouse Manager** to join our growing team.
**The Role**
As our Inventory & Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across our retail stores and thriving online shop. You’ll oversee all inventory and distribution processes, manage our warehouse team of 5-6 people, and ensure a steady flow of products we move roughly 5,000 units a week. This role calls for a leader who is organized, process-focused, and experienced in high-volume retail logistics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee inventory control across retail locations, online sales, and warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement structured processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Lead, schedule, and motivate a warehouse team of 5-6 people.
- Coordinate distribution and logistics to ensure timely deliveries to stores and customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping, working closely with vendors and carriers.
- Collaborate with the GM and retail teams
- Optimize warehouse, picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
- Utilize inventory management systems; Shopify and Stocky experience is an asset.
**Qualifications**
- 5-10 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Shopify, Stocky, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
