We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to join our **Toronto, ON** team. The warehouse manager will be responsible for supervising, directing, and providing hands-on support to complete daily functions of the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. The key areas of responsibility are receiving of POs, inbound transfers, and other material; processing of sales orders, outbound transfers, and intercompany sales; shipping of customer orders, warehouse transfers, and intercompany orders; inventory control including cycle counts; and warehouse maintenance.

**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff
- Assist the warehouse staff to complete daily tasks in all areas of the warehouse
- Complete warehouse inventory cycle counts as assigned
- Responsible for warehouse preparation and the completion of annual year-end physical inventory for the branch
- Assume the role of management representative for the Joint Health & Safety Committee, with prior certification as an asset
- Lead the health & safety training program for the Toronto branch
- Train new staff and oversee adherence to the safety protocols outlined in the IDN Health & Safety Policy
- Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the facility and equipment
- Maintain neat, organized, and efficient inventory storage and count accuracy including variance reconciliation. Strive for continual improvement
- Monitor daily activities to ensure daily targets are completed in a timely, correct, and complete manner and provide feedback to warehouse staff
- Fast track PO receipts for the Toronto warehouse not requiring capitalizations.
- Process receipt documentation
- Participate in the selection process of new staff and provide and perform performance review for staff supervised

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in warehouse
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Ontario JHSC Part One & Two and accredited First-Aid training is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Keen attention to detail
- Job flexibility

IDN-Canada offers a competitive salary, monthly bonus opportunities, benefits package, and an RSP program.

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
