**The Job**

Our **Retail Coordinator** is a hands-on team member who ensures that guests at Sea Cider have positive shopping experiences. The role entails developing our retail store offerings, assisting customers with purchases and purchase decisions, preparing and processing online orders, leading our cider club, responding to customer inquiries, managing inventory levels, rotating stock, troubleshooting issues, and keeping storage areas organized and tidy. In addition our Retail Coordinator collaborates with other Unit Leaders to ensure daily operations run smoothly, timely completion of projects, developing procedures, and the training of Service Associates.

**About You**

You excel at team leadership, customer service, staying organised, and are attentive to detail. As a positive people person, you have an impressive track record in retail and customer satisfaction. In addition you have:

- Education: High school completion required. Serving It Right required. Post secondary diploma or certificate in a related field is preferred.
- Industry experience: at least 3 years of experience working in retail or the service industry
- People management skills: an aptitude for leadership and at least one year of experience supervising service teams. Demonstrated success in teamwork and facilitating team collaboration. Experience as a trainer is an asset.
- Communication skills, both written and oral: a gift for diplomacy, coupled with an ability to ensure that Sea Cider’s policies are understood and followed
- Computer skills: proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and point of sale systems.
- Personal aptitude: a high degree of professionalism, organizational skills, and personal accountability for building positive relationships. Curiosity, great listening skills and an openness to feedback. A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.
- Work week flexibility: Able to work flexible hours as needed
- The physical strength to safely and manually carry cases of cider, stacks of chairs and dish racks, and the physical stamina to work on your feet for hours at a time.
- Up to date vaccination
- A desire to work for a business that is growing and seeking to continually improve.

**Compensation**:Total target compensation is $26 per hour, composed of an hourly wage ($18/hr) + 4% vacation pay + share of pooled gratuities + annual bonus.
