**Position Title**: Router
**Location**: Saanichton, BC, V8M 1Z7
**Starting Minimum**: $18/hour

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent ss
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing efficient driving routes for customer deliveries.
- Minimize transportation costs through route consolidation, efficient vehicle utilization, and fuel-efficient routing.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by adhering to delivery schedules and communicating route changes to drivers.
- Coordinating warehouse releases and managing freight logistics.
- Scanning and maintaining organized filing system for documents.
- Preparing paperwork for shipping processes.
- Ensuring accurate entry of all orders with complete details including date, shipping information, customer, and products required.
- Promptly notifying relevant personnel of any shortages or delays.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation planning, or route optimization would be considered an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
- Strong attention to detail including high level of accuracy and speed with data entry.
