**What You'll Be Doing**:
Helping customers find their perfect boat, motor, or marine accessory
Staying informed on the latest marine products and trends
Building lasting relationships with clients and following up post-sale
Managing the full sales cycle—from first “hello” to final handshake
Keeping our showroom and inventory looking sharp
Coordinating with service techs to schedule deliveries and repairs
Collaborating with a passionate team that loves what they do

**What We're Looking For**:
A motivated, goal-driven individual with a passion for customer service
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (marine knowledge = big bonus)
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and POS systems (LightSpeed is a plus)
Available full-time (Tues-Sat) and ready to roll with a flexible, energetic team
Valid Driver’s License required
PCOC and trailer towing experience? Even better

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
