**We're Hiring: Assistant Program Manager - Merchandising**:

We’re looking for an** Assistant Program Manager** - **Merchandising** to lead, coach, and inspire a regional team of visual merchandising supervisors across our vibrant garden centre locations. From annual blooms to stunning potted arrangements, you’ll help shape the in-store experience with fresh, seasonal displays that _wow_ customers and support strong sales.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and support a team of visual merchandising supervisors across the province
- Oversee execution of visual merchandising strategies — think creative, clean, plant-forward displays that consumers love
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage staffing plans, schedules, and performance feedback
- Train, mentor, and elevate your team to meet merchandising and sales goals
- Ensure alignment of local execution with broader program and company goals
- Use your problem-solving skills to adapt quickly to seasonal challenges

**Your Background**:

- 2+ years experience in retail merchandising or operations (bonus if in garden or seasonal retail)
- Proven success in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Skilled communicator who enjoys collaboration
- Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Able to travel regionally and commit to a demanding but rewarding seasonal workload
