**Job Description**:
**Mill Street Brewery is a leading craft brewer with a portfolio of over 70 unique and innovative beers. Founded in 2002 in Toronto, it is today the largest brewer of certified organic beer in Canada and produces some of the country’s most environmentally responsible beers.**

- Partnership Strategy - ensure all sponsorship (existing& & new) that activate within the Brewpub is in line with business objectives and brand strategy/priority through on-going evaluation and assessment
- Manage day-to-day relationship with all existing partners
- Consult on, track and manage all contractual assets for all partners in the Brewpub
- Manage and coordinate approvals for all contracts, review with legal and other internal stakeholders
- Develop game plan for future partnerships as aligned with 1YP process
- Budget Management of each partnership initiative. Track and facilitate partnership payments so they are on-time and accurate (in particular charitable payments)
- Own DEI Calendar of DEI release partnership releases throughout the year
- Manage Ottawa Sales Supervisor
- On-site Liaison between FAB management on-site and Mill Street / Craft teams
- Develop and implement programs and events to promote Brewpub sales.
- Develop and implement POS to support aligned events & initiatives
- Work with the Head Brewer and retail team to ideate and execute collaboration beers within the Brewpub space
- On-site support for Brewpub events
- Budget Management of Brewpubs Activation budget
- Support DEI collaborations across Craft Canada (example Kinship Wheat Ale)
- Manage Toronto Sales Supervisor
- Activate Always On programming for 2 new partnerships - TFC and Blue Wave
- Return of in-person events - manage expanded always on calendar of events at the Brewpub spaces (including Always On and Ad Hoc events)
**Qualifications**:
- University degree preferred
- Marketing experience
- Events experience
- Communication and presentation skills
