**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrolling of parking areas and watching for vehicles parking and leaving the Property
- Accurately and quickly identifying vehicles which should not be parked at the lot
- Collection of pertinent details such as license plate, make/model of vehicles and details surrounding when parked and where headed to
- Working with the City of London Parking Enforcement Program to share details for ticketing
- Approaching vehicles and individuals to inform them they are not to be parked at the Property
- Possible and occasional representation in person as to the details of such a ticket (when issued) as support of the issuing ticket
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software is a plus
- Valid license
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Day shift
