We are currently seeking a **Business Operations Manager** who will be a key contributor in shaping the future of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business operations, from financial activities to HR and legal tasks. Your keen attention to detail, dedication to accuracy, and commitment to our mission will ensure we maintain our high standards and continue to meet our ambitious goals.

**What will you be doing?**:
As the Business Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

- ** Financial Oversight**: Manage our financial activities such as burn, spending, banking, and payments to ensure financial health and compliance.
- ** Accounting Activities**: Oversee bookkeeping and other accounting activities in conjunction with our accounting firm, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- ** Business Operations**: Handle vital operations tasks such as managing overdue accounts, renewing contracts, and overseeing subscriptions to ensure our business runs smoothly.
- ** HR and Legal Tasks**: Manage essential HR and legal duties, including managing employee insurance, contracts, cap table, etc. Ensure all activities are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
- ** Team Support**: Assist the team in various tasks such as research, documentation, customer follow-up, and other activities as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with accounting software such as Xero
- Degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
