**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** P&L Management**: Oversee the profit and loss statements of clinics generating approximately $100M+ in revenue. This includes maximizing profits and minimizing expenses by analyzing financial data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop comprehensive clinic data packs and identify key growth drivers to inform strategic decisions and drive business expansion.
- ** Financial Performance Reporting**: Conduct monthly business reviews to assess financial performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- ** Coaching and Leadership**:Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers throughout transformation initiatives, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric culture.
- ** Communications**: Facilitate weekly synchronization meetings with practice managers to ensure alignment on goals, share best practices, and address operational challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations management, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, with a strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to travel as needed.
