Rebalance Vintage is **an e-commerce store** and **vintage showroom looking** for a **part-time employee **to help expand our growing business.
Our mission is to reduce the costly effects that the fashion industry has on the environment. Many people are unaware that fashion is the second largest polluter behind oil and gas.
We help rebalance the fashion supply chain by repurposing vintage pieces giving them a new life. We have saved over 10,000 lbs (and counting) of clothes from going to the landfill.
We are preferably looking for an individual who has previous experience in vintage clothing.
**What your day-to-day job will entail**:
- Setting up lighting and camera equipment on our flat lay photography set up
- Your studio team-mate will lay out vintage items on the flat-lay while you will be taking images remotely on us in studio IMAC
- Inputting data for 100+ items daily in google spread sheets
- Maintaining an organized storage system for photos
- Editing photos to ensure they comply with website guidelines
- Uploading images and data to our shopify platform for weekly drops
- When needed assist on set during photoshoots for social content
**What we expect from you**:
- Knowledge of vintage and streetwear fashion brands
- An understanding of vintage clothing (e.g., brands, tags, history)
- Shooting output to be over 100 garments daily
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced with MacOS
- Some order processing, sales, retail, and customer service expertise is an asset
- Ability to take direction and collaborating with studio partners
- Effective problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

**Schedule**:
- Part time in person - 8-hour shifts
- Available to work from 10 am - 6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
