**Job Summary**

The Ecommerce Specialist will responsible for generating sales via online channels. They will also need to control the marketing budget as well as product management for e-commerce.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Close liaison with operations, finance and agencies on reviewing the daily progress on sales and A&P Budget
- Monitor Order Processing, Inventory Planning and Replenishment
- Reporting and providing weekly information to the management level on the current challenges and opportunities which may cause over or under
- achievement on our forecast
- Presentation of reviewing sales (sell-in and sell-out), spending progress, and budget plan on E-commerce business. Follow up on the pending issues that requires cross functional collaborations
- Product Management - Product launch tracker with PM team to track the progress of the new product launch and make sure that all updates are within our scope.
- Assist in Content Management and optimizing the existing contents (product images, A+ banner, bullet points, product description, brand store banners).
- Constant review and analyse with aftersales team for product and service qualities.
- Maintain quotations in the iCRM system (including contract, DF, FOB and promotional price) for the new products and work closely with Finance Team for quotation issues.
- Provides detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarks and post promotional calendar & posters for social media
- Communication with Amazon in-stock team on future POs, bulkbuy offers, and discuss on any issues regarding backlogged POs.
- Business overview and strategic discussion to review the achievement, challenges, and futuristic business opportunities. Secure any possible resources, marketing opportunities
- Explore marketing opportunities that could maximize our potential of growth of our business.
- Perform related duties as required

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-3 years in a supervisory role or e-commerce position.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and products.
- Strong execution ability
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding communication techniques.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication
- Some schedule flexibility required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Basics of SEO (Searching Engine Operations)
- Hands on experience on Amazon Vendor Business
