**About Us**:
As the E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across our Shopify platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective online marketing strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and conversions on our Shopify store.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives; derive insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with the design, merchandising, and sales teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, providing a seamless online shopping experience.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
