Interested in growing with a fast-growing e-commerce company? We're looking for a passionate and hard-working staff member to join our Toytexx expanding team.

The Ecommerce Assistant is responsible for aiding in the maintenance, implementation, customer service, and fulfillment of the online stores as well as our local business partners.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage online stores, increase the sale
- Shipping daily orders with 100% accuracy.
- Pick up and deliver products to local business partners when required
- Report price discrepancies and errors, take steps to correct these
- React quickly to managing pricing needs in major online stores
- Accurately and courteously responds to customer requests for information and order inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Writing attractive product description.
- Follow-up on UPS/Canada Post/ Other carriers shipping issues and inquiries
- Well handle return items, update return database
- Develop new business channels and partners

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Proven sale-oriented experience is an asset
- High energy level with a strong work ethic
- Proven organization skills and ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented work
- Comfortable with lifting boxes, when required
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Motivated to maintain an accurate and precise online presence.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and strong team player
- Strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload
- University degree or college diploma considered an asset
- Mandarin speaking is an asset
