**Job Title**: Junior Print Shop Coordinator

**Reports to**: Print Shop Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
The Junior Print Shop Coordinator plays a crucial role in the accurate and detailed installation of various print media, ranging from small, intricate designs to oversized projects. This fast-paced position demands a high level of precision and teamwork, with responsibilities primarily in the warehouse/print shop, and occasional onsite installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation Duties**:

- Install a diverse range of signage projects (e.g., bars, walls, windows, tables).
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment, including heat guns, knives, printers, and plotters.
- Follow installation guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.

**Inventory and Maintenance**:

- Prepare and maintain inventory of print shop materials and supplies.
- Remove decals from previous projects
- Maintain cleanliness of print shop

**General Responsibilities**:

- Take personal accountability for actions and work quality.
- Ensure 100% follow-through on all assigned tasks.
- Maintain a positive energy, effort, and attitude in the work environment.
- Understand that the workday concludes only when all tasks are completed.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols as issued by OW and OHS.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in using various installation tools and equipment.
- Previous print installation experience is preferred
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Willingness to learn related computer programs and manage print equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must provide own steel-toed shoes/boots.
- Available to work weekends.
- First aid certification is an asset but not required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

**Salary**: $20.00 - $23.00 /hour, depending on experience

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
