Summary

**The Role**

We’re hiring a Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator for our Architectural Films & Finishes team. If you bring great customer service, hands-on knowledge of materials and installs, and you’re eager to grow estimating and project coordination skills, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and specifications.
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for glazing films, architectural finishes, and signage projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and organize measurements in Excel or takeoff software.
- Gather inputs for shop drawings and coordinate clarifications with Production.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to confirm materials, scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule installations.
- Support bid close-out: track results, organize completion photos, and capture lessons learned to improve future proposals.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience or strong interest in large format printing, installation, and/or construction environments.
- Ability to read—or desire to learn to read—technical drawings and specs.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or Adobe is an asset.
- Clear, professional communication; proactive problem-solver with solid math/analytical skills.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed.
- (Nice to have) Basic graphic design aptitude—we’re willing to train the right applicant who wants to learn.

**Training & Growth**

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
