The Home Owner Services Managers' primary objective is to participate directly while empowering their team to provide a revolutionary guest service to all Homeowners in the Blue Mountain Rental Management Program. This position leads many complex projects and has high visibility, including frequent contact with Homeowners, internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and effective communication and project execution and best in class service delivery to this crucial Stakeholder group. **WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Oversee, and directly participate in, responding to owners enquires, reservation requests, or feedback specific to their unit and overall resort events and activities. This includes the production of newsletters, and other important resort information, in coordination with the Marketing department.
- Represent the Lodging Department in communicating, coordinating, and/or resolving priorities, concerns, repairs and maintenance with Condominium Corporation Board Members, Property Managers, and the Blue Mountain Village Association.
- Organize, coordinate, and attend all owner events and meetings.
- Provide project management expertise in coordinating and facilitating both large and small-scale refurbishment projects, working with consultants, designers, contractors, and ad hoc Homeowner refurbishment committees.
- Contributes to annual departmental operating budgets as required; ensures expenses, labour scheduling and where applicable, revenues meet budgeted targets and makes adjustments as required; trains and communicates budget requirements to subordinate leaders to ensure monthly results are achieved.
- Ensures and advocates for the appropriate resources that deliver a highly productive, efficient environment with mínimal downtime and that produces high quality product(s).
- Represents Blue Mountain with external organizations, consultants, suppliers, customers, and special-interest groups as required.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Practical knowledge in developing, leading and executing processes in business unit
- 5 years' leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage challenging and dynamic situations tactfully and appropriately to a resolution (i.e. customer relations, inventory management, hotel emergencies etc.)
- Attention to details relating to guest room and public space conditions
- High level communication skills to numerous stakeholders
- Project management expertise an asset
