Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Manage accounts by providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Execute outside sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Required to do cold callings and conduct meetings regularly.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong background in account management with demonstrated success in business development.
- Familiarity with analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
