**Outside Rental/Sales Representative - Val Caron, Ontario**

**Responsibilities**:

- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies within a diverse territory
- Identify emerging markets and sales opportunities through cold calling on job sites and market research
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with an emphasis on customer service
- Negotiate terms of agreements and sales
- Assist with the development and Implementation sales plans
- Assist with inventory planning to serve our market
- Present products and services to prospective and existing customers with high energy and enthusiasm
- Assess sales performance according to KPI’s
- Achieve growth and exceed sales targets as defined by senior management
- Network and attend industry events to promote the company

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of various equipment lines including arial equipment, load bearing, compaction, earth moving, contractor tools etc.
- 5 + years of Outside Sales experience
- 2 + years of construction experience an asset.
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Bilingualism an asset
- Well-developed business, sales, and communication skills necessary to attain new customers.
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- Goal driven and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Clean Drivers Record with minimum class G.
- Ability to utilize a laptop computer with strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.

Applicants should currently be residing in Canada and legally entitled to work.

**Benefits & Compensation**:

- Compensation will consist of a base salary + commission relative to industry.
- A Company provided vehicle, gas card, expenses, cell phone and laptop.
- Benefits program available after 3 months
- Opportunities for advancement within the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Val Caron, ON P3N 1R8
