As a **Planning/ EDI Team Leader**your role will involve overseeing and supporting Inventory Control, EDI, and Planning Associates. Analyze inventory discrepancies, follow up on shortages, schedules and shipments. Scheduling jobs, ordering outsource parts orders. Monitor customer inventories.
- **The current working hours for this role are on-site on a biweekly rotation of days and afternoon shifts.**_

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Associate relations, training and attendance management of all Inventory Control, EDI, and Planning Associates.
- Ensuring effective cross shift communication
- Manage JEC inventory by completing cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Forecasting and communication of all internal and external orders.
- Development and confirmation of all production schedules.
- Complete accurate customs and shipping documentation.
- CTPAT training and audits.
- Handling special and exceptional orders.
- Daily, weekly and monthly follow-ups on assigned KPI’s; follow escalation plan where required
- Work on assigned problem solving processes and production meeting participation
- Other duties may be assigned as well as special projects
