**We are looking for a passionate restaurant supervisor who loves to inspire an incredible team and wants the opportunity for growth**

We are a European style patisserie with a focus on breakfast, light fayre and our incredible traditional Afternoon Teas created by award winning chefs. The Wild Tart is located in the quaint and busy town of Elora Ontario.

We pride ourselves in delivering an incredible food offering together with exception customer service so that every guest enjoys true hospitality to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Coaching and working together with the team during service

Assist with guests request and issues

Quality check and interact with each table to ensure best experience is being provided

Hands on Leader, willing to help wherever is necessary.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a supervisor role
- Must have a love for food and strive for culinary excellence
- Ability to create connections, go above and beyond and be a strong inspirational and motivational team player
- all while having fun
- Willingness to help wherever necessary to ensure overall success of the restaurant
- Be a leader in being part of the team, be hands on, friendly and continue to create a great work atmosphere

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
