**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to optimize patient flow.
- Handle phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and take messages as necessary.
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records accurately.
- Assist with processing of patient forms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Utilize software systems such as Accuro for record management and appointment scheduling.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures relevant to healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
