Our Underwriting Managers customize solutions for our commercial clients as well as lead and develop a team of underwriters. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk. **We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Commercial underwriting
- Responsible for the successful evaluation, documentation, selection, negotiation, and pricing for assigned policies
- Sales & Negotiation
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with brokers and/or customers
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Operation leadership

**If you have**:

- 10+ years of Underwriting experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience with overseeing change management
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
- Strong customer service background
