Our Underwriting specialists customize solutions for our internal clients when they need advice on covering our insurance risks. They work closely with our Underwriters to develop unique solutions. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.

**You’re great at**:

- Commercial underwriting in complex files
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Relationship Building - Oral and Written Communications - Functional English

**You have**:

- 7+ years of Underwriting experience
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
- Significant experience in mid-market
- Team-first mentality
