- 2 years’ relevant professional work experience
- Tracking and monitoring budget requests for the global marketing organization and liaise with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy of results as required
- Providing support to regional management for budget and procurement needs, by meeting monthly with key stakeholders and raising purchase requests to ensure timely & accurate financial results
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements to refine, maintain & improve upon existing or new processes
- Driving consistency and efficiency in the procurement process and management of external vendors
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers & partners

**The Opportunity**:
The Marketing Budget Operations, Finance Analyst reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Budgeting Operations and is responsible for supporting the financial needs and requirements of the Global Marketing organization. This will require working closely with key stakeholders and by taking ownership of concise and accurate tracking and reporting.

- Tracking and monitoring budget requests for the global marketing organization and liaise with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy of results as required
- Providing support to regional management for budget and procurement needs, by meeting monthly with key stakeholders and raising purchase requests to ensure timely & accurate financial results
