We are currently recruiting for a **Global Finance Operations Analyst**. The Global Finance Operations Analyst will assume the day-to-day responsibilities of Dentons Group B.V. operations and global financial budget control, including management of internal schedules, timelines and finance operations deliverables. This role has regular interactions with global and regional stakeholders and third party service providers to support global finance activities and reporting. The Global Finance Operations Analyst will report to the Global Financial Controller.
- Manages and deliver monthly global spend report to monitor actual versus budget spending
- Provides oversight and response to global budget owners of any questions related to global budget, making sure the budget owners are well informed the status of global spend against budget
- Reviews and approve global invoices timely and accurately to ensure regional recharges and payments to be processed on schedule and in the approved budget
- Works closely with Dentons Group B.V. team - a Dutch legal entity established to manage global costs - to oversee all global transactions and provide guidance as needed
- Prepares monthly AR report of member firms to support global operations
- Responsible of conducting recharge invoice payment run for global vendor expenses submitted by DGS US
- Coordinates with Global Payroll Analyst and ensure payrolls for UK, US and Canada based global employees are run to completion on schedule and reconciled according to internal controls
- Manages activities and payment cycles of global corporate card accounts, including AMEX, ING and HSBC bank accounts
- Assists in annual global budget planning and forecast processes
- Acts as the primary producer for ad hoc reports, including but not limited to inbound and outbound matters report, cross-region work reports ect.
- Interacts regularly with leadership of other global business function s and regional stakeholders to support global finance services
- Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance, Business or Management
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- High proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint; Expert knowledge of SQL
- Deep finance skills and experience, in particular data analysis, interpretive and finance communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual, fast-paced, dynamic, internationally-oriented environment with team members and line Analyst based in different geographic locations and time zones.
- Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish fact, analyze and draw conclusions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with tact and diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal, cultural and related soft skills; Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders across the global firm, drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be highly organized
- Familiarity and understanding of Swiss Verein and partnership-driven legal and operating models.
