Sales Operations Coordinator

Vivier Pharma is a Canadian Pharmaceutical Skin Care company with over 25 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for a variety of activities, projects, initiatives, and daily operations to the sales department. This is a permanent, full time hybrid position.

What you will be responsible for
- Provide regular administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling team calls, preparing and sending sales reports, updating sales and territory management tools
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of sales department events including, but not limited to, sales meetings, seminars, conventions, client incentive and/or industry events
- Provide support with sales data reporting, sales forecasting, planning and project management as needed
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of sales training tools and materials
- Coordinate with HR and sales management in the scheduling and planning of onboarding new sales employees
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, as needed, regarding sales activities and initiatives
- Maintain and update specific data in various platforms such as CRM, SAP Concur, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, ownCloud, Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, etc.
- Assist in the training of sales employees on use and expectations relating to various platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Vivier Academy, CRM and SAP Concur
- Monitor sales process adoption and compliance and communicate to management
- Prepare and send eblasts to customers regarding sales department and program updates
- Liaise with key suppliers and external agencies or consultants as required
- Occasional travel for onsite support and coordination at internal sales and market events, as required

What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of previous experience in administration, sales operations, project coordination, or sales and marketing
- Self directed, motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and openly
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exercise sound judgment; evaluate situations, and utilize appropriate and creative resources to solve problems
- Experience using a Client Relationship Management tool (CRM) and a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency is required for this job
