**Coordonnateur requêtes clients**

**Rôle**
- Coordonner le processus de gestion et suivi des requêtes.
- Maintenir à jour et de façon ordonnée l’ensemble des dossiers.
- Travail de concert avec les différents départements (ventes, opérations, finance, etc.).
- Validation et saisie de données.
- Participer au processus de soumission.
- Assurer un support technique, administratif et opérationnel.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer tant oralement que par écrit
- Proactif et Engagé
- Entregent et intérêt pour le travail d’équipe
- Souci du détail et fait preuve de méticulosité

**Exigences**
- Étude post-secondaire dans un domaine relié au poste ou combinaison d’études et expériences pertinentes.
- Connaissance intermédiaire/avancée de la suite Microsoft
- Bilingue (écrit et oral)

**Customer request coordinator**

**Role**
- Coordinate the request management process.
- Maintain and organize all the various cases.
- Work in partnership with the different departments (sales, operations, etc.).
- Validation and data entry.
- Actively participate in the bidding and pricing process.
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational support.
- All other related tasks

**Required skills**
- Strong ability to prioritize and demonstrates autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Proactive and committed.
- Interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in a field related to the position or combination of studies and relevant experience.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Bilingual (written and oral)
