**At TLS our mission is to provide the best service as a 3pl transportation broker by selling our knowledge and connections to ensure that our clients are comfortable leaving their freight in our hands. With over 40 years in the industry and with an estimated 30-40 employees continuously improving on strengthening their knowledge and connections, we are rapidly growing our business and need additional support to better service our clients.**

**We are currently in search of sales personnels who have a never enough mentality and are interested in growing their accounts with our operations team to support them. Our goal is to assist you in accomplishing your sales goals and hitting your optimal targets within the transport industry.**

**Day to Day Task**:

- **Making outbound sales call based on leads provided.**
- **Growing and maintaining any current accounts acquired.**
- **Build relationships and interact with customers by understanding their shipping needs and sharing your knowledge of the industry.**
- **Meet and surpass your monthly goals and objectives.**
- **Tracking and Tracing shipments daily and providing updates to clients.**
- **Coordinating with our operations team to assist with operational task once freight is secured.**
- **Collaborating with carriers and strengthening your connections in the industry to get competitive rates.**

**Who are looking for**:

- **Min. 2 years of experience (In 3PL is preferred.)**
- **Have a positive, never enough attitude.**
- **Detail oriented**
- **Strong negotiations and written/verbal communication skills.**
- **Ability to work in a team environment.**
- **Strong analytical and organizational skills.**
- **Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.**
- **Proficient with software systems.**

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
