**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment when necessary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
