Job Summary

Job Title: Health Care Aide (HCA) – Airdrie

Compassion Homecare Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Aide (HCA) to support a client in Airdrie.

Schedule:

  • Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
  • Support with meal preparation and feeding as required
  • Light housekeeping related to client care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition
  • Follow the client's care plan and agency policies

Requirements:

  • Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Experience in home care is an asset
