Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Health Care Aides. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Doing home to home visit per client.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospice care, nursing homes, home care or patient care settings is preferred
- Health Care Aide certificate
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus
- Ability to assist with medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in various healthcare settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments

Pay: $18.00 per hour
