**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and building trusting relationships with clients.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering positive interactions.
- Assist with medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Document daily activities and care provided in compliance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and infection control procedures.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
